- Bring your garbage can in off the street the evening of the day it is picked up. Make sure it is stored out of sight from the front of your house.
- Make sure your mailbox is freshly painted. See mailbox guidelines on the left sidbar of this web site.
- Please keep your lawn freshly mowed and shrubs neatly trimmed at all times.
- Vehicles are not to be parked on the street overnight. Any request for a temporary exception must by approved by the Board of Directors.
- Please report all suspicious activity to the Benton Police. You may always call 911 to report emergencies, but the Police' non emergency number in Benton is: 501 778-1171. Even if you
don't want to speak to the patrolman, feel free to call the non-emergency number and ask the police to patrol our neighborhood and look for the suspicious activity you observed.
- Get out and meet your neighbors. Introduce yourself to them, and watch out for each other.
- Volunteer to help keep our common areas clean.
- Pay your annual POA Dues on around the first of each year. CLICK HERE for more info of where to send.
- Take pride in what you own. We all will benefit.
- ADDED 5-9-17: Please pressure wash driveways, curbs, etc. as you pressure wash your homes.
